We are currently seeking a Store Manager who will report to the Area Manager as part of our dynamic team in Dallas.

Your opportunity

You will drive sales implementing with concrete actions and according to the Retail Excellence guidelines the company strategy; being the Brand Ambassador. You will inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative target providing a unique in-store experience.

You will represent the Maison internally and externally, including high-level client relationships, bespoke activities, and strategic partnerships.

How you will contribute
  • Translating the yearly target assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectives
  • Ensuring the efficacy of the induction program to the new staff and providing constant in-store training sessions to all the team, following company guidelines - being responsible of the brand and product knowledge of the team
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the store team (Assistant Store Manager, Sales Advisors, Operations and Tailors), ensuring strong succession planning, talent retention, and team stability
  • Driving high-level client relationships, personally managing top clients and VICs, and overseeing the clienteling strategy to ensure retention, loyalty, and lifetime value growth
  • Ensuring brand excellence and market impact, safeguarding brand image, service standards, and storytelling across all client touchpoints and external engagements
  • Constantly monitoring staff behavior and KPIs' achievement and coach each team member defining specific development plan through monthly touch base
  • Implementing actions according to specific business opportunities (events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, staff rotation)
  • Planning and scheduling the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor
  • Managing the stock in the most effective way constantly keeping focus on sales
  • Managing operational activities (couriers, alterations, store cleanings, postage) optimizing cost, resources and time
  • Leading and expanding bespoke and external activities, including trunk shows, at-home services, partnerships, and collaborations, strengthening the store's presence beyond its physical location


Who you are
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques
  • Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
