Full Job Description
You have spent time in a production environment - building to brand standards, catching what is wrong before it goes to review, knowing a spec violation when you see one. You understand what correct looks like across email, banner, and social formats. This role takes that instinct and applies it inside an AI-native content production platform. The Brand Systems Manager is responsible for how brand standards live inside the platform - not as a reference document, but as active configuration that shapes every asset produced. You build and maintain templates, operate the platform's content generation tools, and are the quality gate before anything reaches the client. The platform handles production at scale. Your job is knowing whether what comes out is right. This is not a design execution role. You are not building comps or writing code. You are directing what the platform produces and catching when it drifts from brand or channel standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: • Brand standards in platform - positioning, tone, visual standards, and channel rules structured as platform intelligence, maintained across every production cycle • Template build and maintenance - email, banner, social, and video templates built to brand and channel specifications during the configuration phase and updated as standards evolve • Content generation operations - runs the platform's production tools to generate asset sets against the content system, variant logic, and format requirements • Output quality review - reviews platform output against brand standards and channel specs before any asset reaches client review • Channel standards interpretation - understands rendering requirements, safe zones, format constraints, and placement rules across channels and ensures templates and outputs meet those standards • Brand drift identification - catches when output is off and can articulate whether the problem is in the brand configuration, the template, or the content system • Modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias. • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. • 2 to 5 years in a production, brand management, or creative operations role at an agency or in a regulated industry environment • Track record managing brand standards across channels - you know what a brand violation looks like and can articulate why • Hands-on familiarity with channel production requirements - email rendering, banner specs, safe zones, format constraints - across digital formats • Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus; MLR familiarity is helpful but not required • Experience working in structured review and revision cycles with accountability for output quality before client delivery PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Brand standards fluency - reads guidelines and translates them into production requirements without ambiguity • Production discipline - holds the quality standard and catches errors before they reach review • Channel knowledge - understands what correct looks like across email, display, social, and video formats • Platform curiosity - learns tools by using them; does not wait for formal training to figure out what something does • Clear communicator - flags output problems specifically so the right person can resolve them quickly PRACTITIONER MINDSET - NON-NEGOTIABLE • Every member of this team is an active explorer of AI and marketing technology. Not because it is trendy, but because our clients pay us to know what is possible before they have to ask. • You are actively using AI tools in your daily work right now - building workflows, testing outputs, solving problems you have not been trained to solve yet. • You have real opinions about what works, what does not, and what pharma brands should actually pay attention to. • You experiment before you wait for permission. When a new tool drops, you open it. • You can show a skeptical brand team something real - not a slide about AI, but something you actually built or ran.
