Role SummaryRivian is looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to bring to life the partnerships that put Rivian in front of the right people in the right moments. This is a newly shaped role, so expect to write the playbook as you go: sourcing partners, partnering with BD to structure deals, and turning a handshake into a multi-channel program that moves both brands forward. You'll work across Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Product to make sure every partnership is seamlessly executed for maximum impact.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a partnerships and sponsorship strategy aligned to Rivian's brand and business goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue partners that amplify Rivian's marketing strategy
- Guide agreements end to end, balancing brand fit, reach, and commercial terms.
- Build durable relationships with partner executives and marketing leaders, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on delivery.
- Partner across Marketing (Brand, Social, Content, Events, etc) to bring each partnership to life flawlessly
- Measure partnership impact and double down on what works.
Qualifications- 7+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or strategic marketing.
- A history of sourcing and closing partnerships that delivered measurable brand value.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills; you're as comfortable in a deal memo as on a trailhead.
- A self-starter who's at ease without a clear template.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Pay DisclosureThe salary range for this role is $125,000 to $165,560 for El Segundo and Irvine, California based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
