Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

This role will develop and lead marketing strategies while overseeing the marketing 360 execution. Key responsibilities include the management of assortments per country/brand, pricing, forecasts, visual merchandising, in-store activations & digital initiatives. This role will work closely with global brand teams and LATAM distributors to ensure successful product launches, proper brand positioning, and alignment with brand objectives across the region.

This role will require an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong collaborative spirit, and a hands-on approach. It will cover NARS, Drunk Elephant, and Dr Dennis Gross in key markets across Latin America*.

* Mexico, Chile, Argentina & potential new markets (does not include Brazil, managed locally)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Marketing

  • Act as the regional liaison between global brand teams and local distributor teams to lead all marketing initiatives, provide regional input and seek proper brand holder approvals

  • Lead the newness forecast process for sellable, POSM, visual merchandising and analyze submissions to ensure proper coverage, forecast accuracy and adequate investment levels

  • Develop Regional Assortment based on cost of goods thresholds, discontinuations, and regulatory restrictions, taking into account brand objectives, investment requirements and distribution specificities

  • Collaborate with distributors and LATAM PR/Digital team to ensure seeding, content creation, media plans and digital initiatives align to marketing strategy, directly supporting ideation, approvals and execution when needed

  • Lead bi-annual competitive price analysis

  • Prepare launch feedback performance reports, including sales analysis and monthly retail sales consolidation to brand holders

  • Share findings on market trends (customer prices, products, and competition) to identify market-specific needs for products and promotions

  • Align promotional product offer and creative concepts to brand guidance

  • Forecast promotional materials and review with Commercial Team/ Distributors

  • Localize global retailer decks to support distributors with retailer sales meetings


Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, visual rights, and brand guidelines across all markets

  • Enhance the brand's DNA across the region by partnering with the Store Design and Merchandising Manager and brand holders on the development of new counters and retail concepts

  • Closely manage visual merchandising updates for distribution (Sephora, Ulta, Perfumeries, Department Stores), ensuring local adaptations reflect proper exhibition of assortment, newness, & removal of discontinued items

  • Develop and communicate merchandising tools, including launch and promotional layouts, regional planogram updates, and recommendations for specific merchandising needs.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience; experience within a related industry is preferred

  • Strong marketing acumen and analytical skills

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Ability to travel as required
