JOB SUMMARYLead and develop education and events strategy in the US to drive sales, build brand equity, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- You will develop annual education and events strategy, aligning with overarching US marketing objectives and global brand education priorities
- You will manage National master event calendar for Sephora and ULTA
- You will coordinate with retailer event teams to curate events that ladder up to each retailer's priorities and consumer dynamics
- You will collect and analyze US event data to create successful retailer-specific event initiatives
- You will compile events from the Field and maintain the Master Event Listing each season
- You will develop and execute "event in a box" programs for field execution
- You will partner with Creative to develop ongoing training and event toolkits
- You will oversee education and events budget (including TOAs, field samples, event toolkits, retailer gratis, field gratis, etc)
- You will forecast, strategize, and coordinate logistics for retailer gratis programs
- You will partner with Global Education team on regional and national sales and education meetings
- You will gather and report on competitive brand events
- You will develop and share out best practice guidelines and events with field teams
WHO YOU ARE - You have 6-8 years in Beauty Education/Events roles with a proven track record of success
- You must have strong leadership ability with experience working with people - dynamic, influential, flexible, with positive attitude and team spirit
- You are creative and innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit
- You can manage budgets
- You have strong organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity
- You are proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
Salary (Min-Max): 109,920 - 151,140
