Why This Role MattersStrategy is useless without execution.
As Brand Manager, you are the "Brand Guardian" for our key accounts. You are the hub where Creative, Media, and Strategy meet. You ensure that every piece of content we ship-whether it's a 6-second hook or a 30-second testimonial-feels undeniably "on brand." You aren't just policing fonts; you are managing the pulse of the client's identity, ensuring consistency without sacrificing the speed or performance required to win.
What You'll Do1. Orchestrate the Brand Calendar- Own the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns. You manage the timelines, the deliverables, and the launch schedules.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable creative briefs for the studio team. You are the one who makes sure the editors know exactly what the vibe is.
- Manage "Brand Moments"-coordinating product launches, seasonal promos, and influencer activations to ensure they land with impact.
2. The Quality Control Hub- Review creative assets with a critical eye. Does this voiceover sound like the brand? Is the visual aesthetic correct? You catch the drift before the client does.
- Collaborate with the Performance Team to understand what's working, and help pivot the brand messaging to match the data (without losing the brand's soul).
- maintain the "Brand Bible" for each client, updating guidelines as we learn what resonates with the audience.
3. Client Relationship Management- Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients. You are responsive, organized, and proactive.
- Report on brand health. You don't just send spreadsheets; you send insights on customer sentiment, comment engagement, and creative feedback.
- Troubleshoot issues before they become problems. You are the calm in the storm.
How You'll Be Measured (KPIs)- Campaign Execution: 100% on-time delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Creative Consistency: Low revision rates due to "off-brand" content.
- Client Happiness: High retention rates and positive feedback on daily communication.
- Workflow Efficiency: How smoothly information flows from Client -> You -> Studio.
Who You Are1. The Organized Marketer- 4-6 years of experience in brand management, account management, or marketing at an agency or DTC brand.
- You are hyper-organized. You love Asana, Monday.com, or Notion. You never miss a deadline and you never let a detail slip through the cracks.
2. A Creative Diplomat- You have a good eye. You can look at a video and immediately tell if the lighting is off-brand or the tone is too aggressive.
- You are a strong communicator. You know how to give feedback to creatives ("This needs more energy") and how to explain results to clients ("Here is why we tried this angle").
3. Data-Comfortable- You aren't a data scientist, but you aren't afraid of numbers. You can read a performance report and understand the difference between a high CTR and a high CPA.
- You are adaptable. You understand that in a performance agency, the "Brand" needs to be flexible enough to convert.
Perks & Benefits- Competitive Compensation: $80,000-100,000/year.
- High-Impact Work: Manage the daily heartbeat of high-spend DTC brands.
- Relentless Innovation: Work at the cutting edge of AI and Creative Performance.
- Culture of Scale: Join a team that moves fast, tests constantly, and celebrates the wins.
