Job DescriptionThe Opportunity: The VBC Brand Designer role will support the development and execution of creative across some of the world's most iconic vehicle brands.
This is a hybrid hands-on design and art-direction role. You will contribute to concept development, execution of final assets, and collaborate closely with senior creatives, cross-functional teams, external creative agencies and vendors to bring brand storytelling and identity to life across multiple touchpoints.
What Your Impact Will Be: Creative Development & Execution- Translate brand strategy and guidelines into strong concepts and creative solutions.
- Execute creative assets across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential.
- Develop production-ready layouts with high attention to typography, composition, and detail.
- Prepare presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks.
- Provide art direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors under senior creative guidance.
- Uphold a high-level of creative craft.
Collaboration & Workflow- Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to refine and execute ideas.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to production workflows to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:- 3+ years of experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel brand execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation building tools.
- Experience in print and digital design; social or experiential experience a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to support creative development.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and layout.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
