About the role:

The Brand Creative Project Manager sits at the centre of creative production for the Americas, coordinating work across brand, digital, and marketing channels. Working alongside the Senior Project Manager and Creative Director, you'll manage timelines, maintain clear workflows, and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver work on time and on brief. This is a role for someone who turns complexity into clarity - and keeps every project moving forward.
What you will be doing:
  • Coordinate and prioritise multiple creative projects and campaigns simultaneously, trafficking assets through review, approval, and final delivery stages.
  • Partner with the Senior Project Manager to run weekly cross-functional standups and manage the creative team's workload.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams, managing shifting priorities and working with the wider PM team to identify and address resource gaps.
  • Build and track project timelines in partnership with the Brand, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams - covering photo and video shoots, campaigns, and events across all stages of development.
  • Produce photo shoots, video productions, and branded merchandise as needed - managing vendors, coordinating orders and payments, scoping work, and overseeing delivery from pre-production through final sign-off.
  • Maintain clear documentation and workflow standards across the team: complete briefs, correctly stored assets, and consistently followed processes.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in managing external creative resources, including agencies and freelancers - gathering estimates, securing budget approvals, raising purchase orders, briefing work, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate sourcing, stock management, and vendor relationships for premium branded items, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Identify and propose improvements to how the team works, contributing to new processes as the studio grows.
  • Be the source of momentum on every project you own - keeping work moving forward, stakeholders informed, and teams unblocked.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • Track and report on content production spend across assigned projects.
  • Raise purchase orders and support invoice and payment coordination alongside the Senior Project Manager.
  • Gather cost estimates from vendors and freelancers; flag budget risks or changes early.
  • Experience managing creative projects across brand, content, and campaign production - including photo and video shoots, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Strong project management skills: timeline building, workload coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adapting priorities without losing momentum.
  • Hands-on production experience, including vendor management, shoot coordination, PO creation, and end-to-end logistics.
  • Clear, confident communicator - able to brief teams, manage expectations, and escalate issues effectively.
  • Process-oriented approach with attention to detail in documentation and workflow management.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (such as Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting project-level budget tracking and financial administration, including purchase orders and invoice coordination.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to project management and creative production, used to enhance output quality and efficiency.
  • Experience building personal AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and quality of delivery.
  • Agentic approach to project planning - able to break down complex, multi-stage workstreams and identify clear paths forward.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply sound human judgement.
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $93,500.00 to $104,500.00 USD.
