Teambridge is entering a new era. After years of building a powerful product with a passionate early user base-and closing our Series B-we're ready to tell our story at scale. We're hiring a Brand & Content Lead to build on and drive the voice of Teambridge across every touchpoint. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role that blends strategy with creativity, and vision with execution.
We're looking for a senior operator who can think and act like a Head of Brand while also working in-the-trenches like a copywriter or editor. You'll define our brand narrative, own our content strategy, lead creative campaigns, and support key comms initiatives-internally and externally. In short: if it involves words, stories, or positioning, you'll probably own it.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by ownership, and wants to build a brand from the ground up.
What you'll do- Build on and own the Teambridge voice and story: Translate our vision into narratives that resonate across audiences-buyers, users, candidates, partners, and press.
- Lead content strategy: Own the roadmap and production of high-impact content across blog, newsletter, case studies, social, web, and more. Manage our external SEO agency partner to deliver on your strategy.
- Partner on product launches and GTM: Work with Product Marketing and Growth to shape messaging and content for new products, features, and campaigns.
- Elevate brand creative: Guide the visual and copy execution for brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and distinction across all channels.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Talent, and Customer Success to ensure brand alignment across the org.
- Support PR & Comms: Draft executive communications, press materials, internal announcements, and more.
- Set goals and measure impact: Define content KPIs and continuously improve output based on performance.
- Manage and mentor: As our needs grow, build and lead a small team of designers, writers, freelancers, and creative partners.
What you'll need- 8+ years of experience across B2B brand, content, or marketing roles-preferably with experience in startup environments
- A strong portfolio of content work and campaigns that shows strategic thinking, creative range, and executional polish
- Experience setting brand strategy and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Exceptional writing and editing skills-you can switch between web copy, long-form thought leadership, and executive voice with ease
- An instinct for what makes content resonate and spread-across owned, earned, and paid
- Confidence making decisions with imperfect information and a bias for shipping over perfection
- Bonus: experience in PR/comms, creative direction, or storytelling for technical products
