What you will be doingSitting within the Marketing organization, Neros' Brand Activation & Partnership Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Neros' physical presence at brand activations, internal and external events, trade shows, and product demos. This role will produce, coordinate, and execute these activations, and also own our gifting and merchandise strategy.
Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end strategy, concepting, and production of brand activations and events, internally and externally
- Own the strategy, outreach, and relationship management for brand partners
- Own the strategy and vendor management for Neros' gifting and merchandising
- Manage the event calendar and run of show for events
- Manage vendor relationships and coordination
- Support execution of events via planning, logistics, setup/ tear down, and in-person engagements
You should have the following- 3-5 years experience in brand activations and event production, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to concept, produce, and execute brand activations
- Demonstrated ability keep logistics and people on track, on time, and well-orchestrated
- Deep sense of ownership in how Neros' brand manifests in experiential moments and physical spaces
US Salary Range$80,000 - $105,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
