In this dynamic environment, you will enable smooth product delivery, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate across technology, product, and business teams to deliver value at scale

As a Product Delivery - Senior Associate within Branch Workplace Technology team, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of products in a stable, scalable, and controlled manner. You will work across cross-functional teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help drive execution of strategic priorities that improve branch technology experiences and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Delivery Managers and Product Owners to execute key delivery activities and improve operational efficiency
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve delivery blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints
  • Coordinate delivery activities across product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and action items to support successful execution
  • Drive transparency through reporting, status communications, and delivery metrics
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and governance forums to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Assist with product launches, deployment readiness, operational readiness, and post-implementation activities
  • Create executive-ready presentations, updates, and communications for leadership audiences
  • Support strategic initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and special projects that enhance team effectiveness
  • Foster collaboration and help establish repeatable processes that promote stability, scalability, and consistent delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, program management, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated success supporting product delivery initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience executing operational management, process improvement, and change readiness activities
  • Experience supporting product deployment or implementation processes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and communications
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across business, product, technology, and operations teams.
  • Experience tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Experience supporting branch, workplace, consumer banking, or employee-facing technology solutions
  • Experience working in large, highly matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Align, or similar delivery management tools
  • Understanding of risk and control frameworks within a regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant project, Agile, or product management certifications are a plus
