Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Central Texas. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, profit and loss management, and dispatch coordination. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, customer service associates, and dispatch coordinators to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand customer base.
  • Monitor and manage branch performance metrics, including sales revenue, profitability, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of branch staff, ensuring a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  • Manage branch expenses and budget allocation, optimizing resources to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
