- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Perform Level 1 supervision of registered individuals within assigned branches;
- Conduct annual branch reviews and prepare follow-up reports;
- Approve KYC updates and new account openings;
- Train advisors and support staff on applicable policies and procedures.
