  • Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Process employee expense reports using Expensify
  • Reconcile employee accounts and handle leave adjustments
  • Support full monthly end close processes and handle accrued expenses
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations
  • Assist with annual audits and external reporting
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and working papers
  • Contribute to improving and scaling financial processes

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the day to day financial operations of our US and Canadian entities. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, driving process improvements and supporting our continued growth and scalability. *This position can be based in our Chicago, Toronto or Austin office, working closely with our finance team in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable - Issue invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Track and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collections
  • Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and Mesh
  • Daily bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Process employee expense reports via Expensify
  • Ongoing reconciliation of employee accounts, covering expense reimbursements and leave adjustments (parental leave, unpaid leave, etc.)
  • Support full monthly end close processes (accrued expenses, Prepaid, fixed assets)
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations
  • Assist with annual audit processes and external reporting
  • Prepare ad-hoc working papers and financial analysis
  • Contribute to improving and scaling our financial processes as the company grows


Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB or equivalent) - advantage
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Hi-Tech or multinational company - required
  • Experience with foreign entities and multi-entity bookkeeping - required
  • Experience with US and/or Canadian GAAP - advantage

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. In addition, we also offer an equity package in the form of stock-option grants.
