Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA)Chicago, IL | Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM | No weekends required.As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Conducting behavioral assessments
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $80,000-$90,000, based on experience and qualifications
