a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.

!About the RoleAs a BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Conducting behavioral assessments
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $76,000-$85,000, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Bring- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification and good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
