Full Job Description
Location: 3 days on-site at our Savannah, GA center, 2 days remote per week (for those living over 50 miles from the center)
Salary: $87,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday thru Friday. NO weekends! Flexible scheduling.

Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

Requirements What you'll need
Active BCBA Certification (required)
Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
