The RoleWe are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a
hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
RequirementsWhat you'll need- Active BCBA Certification (required)
- Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
