Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced
Blue Yonder Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes within the Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization (SCPO) platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional expert, partnering with business stakeholders, planners, buyers, and IT teams to optimize forecasting, inventory, replenishment, and supply planning processes while maximizing business value from the Blue Yonder platform. DDP Spotlight Series Blue Yonder.pptx describes SCPO as supporting demand forecasting, supply plan review, exception management, inventory planning, and purchase order recommendations.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the functional SME for Blue Yonder Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization initiatives.
- Manage demand forecasting, forecast review, forecast accuracy improvement, and exception management processes.
- Support supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, and purchase planning activities.
- Partner with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Business teams to drive planning excellence
- Configure and validate planning policies, business rules, and planning parameters within Blue Yonder.
- Lead testing, UAT, training, deployment, and change management activities.
- Analyze planning performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT and integration teams on Blue Yonder interfaces with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications..
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7 years required, 10 years preferred of experience managing interfaces (batch, realtime), Data processing, system analysis design, and operations.
- 3 years of supervising work of subordinate employees is preferred.
- Programming and systems analysis.
- Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form
- Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
