Full Job Description

Blackstone Strategic Relationships manages key counterparty relationships across the firm, including with banks, advisors, and asset managers. The team seeks to align firmwide priorities across counterparties and internal business units.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in briefing efforts, materials, and follow-ups for meetings with Blackstone’s counterparties (banks, advisors, and financial sponsors.)
  • Support team efforts to maintain firmwide counterparty data, commentary, and mapping infrastructure, alongside business-specific metrics, including by partnering with technology team on building out suite of reporting and automation tools.
  • Serve as an internal ambassador and troubleshooter for BXSR aggregation initiatives with colleagues within business units.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports / analyses of firmwide counterparty relationships and trends.
  • Lead special projects from idea phase to completion.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on relevant topics related to Blackstone’s counterparty relationships.
  • Produce industry update materials to brief BX senior management on latest developments affecting banks, advisors, and financial sponsors.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in the financial services industry preferred. Banking experience a plus.

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $130,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the roleconsist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
