Full Job Description
The work
The Billing SME Lead validates billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer-impact scenarios, and operational readiness. The role provides billing quality advisory and operational validation focused on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign-off, first-cycle readiness, and hypercare root-cause analysis. This position delivers reviewed requirements, edge-case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue-resolution guidance. Critical capabilities include deep revenue-billing operations knowledge, regulatory and customer-impact understanding, exception-management expertise, complex-rate proficiency, bill-compare skill, and production-stabilization experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer-impact scenarios, and operational readiness

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
