Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Billing Operations Audits and Exceptions team requires structured leadership to manage daily transactional workflows, performance evaluations, and career growth. Operational bottlenecks and routine reporting currently consume valuable resources that could be optimized through automated anomaly detection, machine learning, and AI-assisted workflows. This role resolves these inefficiencies by leading system integration releases and implementing predictive analytics to align team performance with department objectives. Success depends on maintaining seamless data integration across customer-facing systems while driving the team's data literacy and technical capabilities.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Manage daily Billing Operations Audits and Exceptions team workflows, hiring, and performance while guiding the team in adopting AI-assisted workflows and data literacy
  • Integrate AI tools, machine learning concepts, and automation into complex billing procedures to streamline routine tasks, reduce resource allocation, and eliminate operational exceptions
  • Coordinate all customer-facing and non-customer-facing billing and credit release activities to ensure seamless data integration and zero business disruption
  • Establish and execute department OKRs by utilizing data analytics and predictive AI insights to forecast trends and align operational milestones
  • Develop automated anomaly detection processes and reporting structures using databases and external data sources to deliver measurable results

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in billing operations, financial analysis, or a related operational role
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of experience with:
    • Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and Macros)
    • Microsoft Office Applications and Google Suite

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
