Job Description & Summary
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:

  • Design and execute strategic, cost-effective talent acquisition solutions that are closely aligned with the Tax business and the Quebec talent market


  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring excellence and efficiency from candidate engagement to successful onboarding


  • Proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment market, utilizing various sourcing tools, talent insights, and analysis


  • Act as the subject matter expert and consultant on recruitment processes, candidate markets, and competitive intelligence


  • Partner with Hiring Managers to secure the necessary approvals, maintain stringent adherence to our recruitment policies and procedures, setting the standard for excellence and compliance


  • Collaborate effectively with Human Capital, Global Mobility, Acceleration Centre, and Recruitment Shared Service Centre teams to secure hires and ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience


  • Be an active member and ambassador of our Montreal office, building strong relationships with business stakeholders and representing us in the Quebec talent market

  • Proven track record in driving full life cycle recruitment and implementing sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles


  • Expertise in orchestrating and steering comprehensive recruitment campaigns, leveraging diverse attraction methods and sourcing tools


  • Strong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and social platforms as core recruitment tools


  • Hands-on experience with Workday, Phenom and the Microsoft ecosystem in data-driven environments requiring strong process discipline and confidentiality, paired with the technical aptitude and eagerness to adopt emerging capabilities such as automation, analytics, and AI


  • Solid understanding of national and local talent markets, with the ability to stay current on skill trends and shifting candidate dynamics


  • Strong competency- and skills-based interviewing capabilities, with the ability to assess technical depth, motivation, and role fit with confidence


  • Experience in professional services, law, or consulting recruitment and the ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization or partnership structure are considered strong assets


  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels


  • Robust persuasion and influence skills, adept at setting and managing stakeholder expectations


  • Confidence partnering with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and candidates through data-backed recommendations, clear communication, and thoughtful negotiation.


  • Agility in navigating and contributing to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and ability to navigate multiple requests and competing priorities


  • The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada


This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.

The salary range for this position is $62,200 - $103,600. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation. During the hiring process, our Talent Acquisition team will provide details about our comprehensive total rewards package.
