L'Architecte I est responsable de l'évaluation et de la conception de solutions complexes pour répondre aux besoins technologiques et commerciaux de notre client québécois. Les titulaires gèrent des équipes de projet qui consultent nos clients pour analyser et identifier les exigences techniques. Les titulaires sont des experts du domaine pour les opportunités stratégiques clients.

Ce que vous ferez chez Insight
  • Gestion des équipes de projet composées de clients et de personnel interne pour assurer la rentabilité du projet et l'utilisation des consultants.
  • Identification des prospects des exigences commerciales et techniques.
  • Élaborer des plans de travail de projet (périmètre) pour répondre aux exigences du client.
  • Concevoir des solutions répondant aux exigences techniques informatiques complexes des clients.
  • Tester les technologies et solutions informatiques.
  • Former les gens en interne sur des technologies complexes.
  • Contribuer au développement des pratiques technologiques tout en assurant une spécialisation personnelle dans une ou plusieurs technologies informatiques.
  • Soutenir les initiatives commerciales.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rejoindre Insight
  • Diplôme de premier cycle dans une discipline technique ou performance démontrée dans un environnement de travail technique.
  • Il faut maîtriser le français car ce poste sert des clients de la région du Québec travaillant en mode hybride basé dans les bureaux d'Insight Montréal.
  • Doit posséder une expertise dans un large éventail de technologies et être considéré comme compétent dans l'un des domaines suivants : HPS et Stockage, Réseaux ou Systèmes d'exploitation, Ingénierie.
  • Une forte capacité à cultiver des relations avec des partenaires et des fournisseurs afin de développer et partager la compréhension des feuilles de route technologiques, tant au sein d'Insight qu'avec la communauté client d'Insight, est requise.
  • La capacité avérée à travailler sur des projets internes tels que le recrutement, le développement de formations, la gestion des connaissances et d'autres initiatives stratégiques internes est un atout.

Bilingual Solution Architect

Location: Montreal, Quebec

The Architect I is responsible for assessing and designing complex solutions to meet our Quebec client's technology and business needs. Incumbents manage project teams that consult with our clients to analyze and identify technical requirements. Incumbents are subject matter experts for strategic client opportunities.

What you'll do at Insight

  • Managing project teams of client and internal personnel for project profitability and consultant utilization.


  • Lead identification of business and technical requirements.


  • Developing project work plans (scope) to meet client requirements.


  • Designing solutions to meet the clients' complex IT technical requirements.


  • Testing IT technologies and solutions.


  • Training people internally on complex technology.


  • Helping to develop technology practices while ensuring a personal specialization in one or more IT technologies.


  • Supporting sales initiatives.


What you'll need to join Insight

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment.


  • Must be fluent in French as this position services clients in the Quebec region working in a hybrid capacity based out of the Insight Montreal offices.


  • Must have expertise across a wide base of technology and considered proficient in any of the following: HPS and Storage, Networking or Operating Systems, Engineering.


  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps both within Insight and with Insight's client community required.


  • Proven ability to work on internal projects such as recruiting, training development, knowledge management and other strategic internal initiatives a plus.
