THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Base Salary: CAD $72,521.00 - 109,341.00

GreenShield is revolutionizing healthcare by pursuing its mission of creating better health for all Canadians.

In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her own health by forgoing her medication in order to pay for her sick daughter's prescription. He knew there had to be a better way. He introduced North America's first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit health and benefits organization that reinvests in communities to support better health for all Canadians.

Today, we continue our founder's commitment to finding better ways forward. GreenShield is no longer just a health and dental benefits provider-we are Canada's first integrated health services organization that serves as both a payer, offering insurance, administration, and claims adjudication services, and a provider, delivering healthcare, mental health, and pharmacy services.

This means we uniquely offer:

  • Accessibility - direct access to professional healthcare services in real time.

  • Convenience - services available anytime, anywhere, through a user-friendly experience.

  • Integration - a seamless and connected healthcare experience.

  • Outcomes - improved health outcomes through preventative care, treatment, and meaningful health insights.

This evolution allows us to better fulfill our social mission by providing financial support and direct services to local communities and underserved populations across Canada.

GreenShield Administration is more than a drug plan administrator-it is a healthcare plan administrator. Operating from offices in Ontario and Quebec, GreenShield Administration provides customized technology solutions that simplify the administration of prescription drug, dental, and extended healthcare benefit plans for insurers, third-party payers, and government organizations across Canada.

GreenShield Administration is distinguished by its proven technology, transparent branding solutions, innovative claims management and administrative capabilities, collaborative healthcare provider management, and extensive industry expertise. We understand that every client is unique and requires a business solution tailored to their specific needs.

The successful candidate will report to the Director, National Account Management, GreenShield Administration.
