Overview

The BI Program Manager - Scrum Master at Crocs, Inc. will play a critical role in driving Agile methodologies and ensuring the effective utilization of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Senior Manager and Managers of Business Intelligence in executing projects that align with and advance our brand strategy. By fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, you will help the team not only meet but exceed strategic goals. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality, thereby directly contributing to the organization's strategic success.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure Agile practices are effectively adhered to.
  • Drive the adoption and refinement of Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation, ensuring consistent usage across BI teams.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training in Agile methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation among team members.
  • Assist in long-term project planning by aligning project objectives with broader business goals, defining scopes, and setting realistic timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Advise the allocation and utilization of project resources, coordinating with department heads to optimize resource availability and project performance.
  • Implement systems to monitor and report on team performance against project goals, providing actionable feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish quality standards for project deliverables, conduct regular quality assessments, and ensure that all outputs meet the required specifications and client expectations.
  • Facilitate collaboration across different teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and integration of project efforts.
  • Lead change initiatives within the project management framework, advocating for the benefits and guiding teams through the change process smoothly.
  • Act as a primary support for the Senior Manager and Managers of Business Intelligence, helping to execute and delivering brand strategy and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, business validation, defect management, and production readiness activities.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile project manager in technology or business intelligence settings.
  • Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence, with experience customizing workflows and enhancing user engagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong mediation skills to address and resolve multidisciplinary team issues.
  • Effective communicator with robust interpersonal skills to navigate diverse team dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and driving team success in dynamic environments
  • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly beneficial.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Snowflake is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake preferred
  • International experience preferred

Title: BI Program Manager - Scrum Master

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
