BGS Senior Quality Systems Specialist
Position Responsibilities- Lead and manage large scale simplification and improvement initiatives across the Quality Management System and Safety Management System for BGS.
- Provide support in maintaining a compliant Quality Management System across the BGS organization with a focus high level projects and initiatives for Quality and Safety Management Systems.
- Support BGS continual improvement program management, administration, and system maintenance.
- Develop and maintain common preventive and corrective actions processes, checklists, and metrics for BGS.
- Provide guidance to BGS Safety & Quality leadership to ensure compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements.
- Support and further develop the BGS QMS maturity assessment, improvement plans, and overall QMS health scorecard.
- Support the maturation of the BGS level Customer Satisfaction, Corrective Action and KPI process.
- Own and drive the strategy for QMS and SMS alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Define system-level policies, standards, and objectives for quality and safety across the enterprise.
- Oversee hazard identification, safety risk management, root cause analyses, and systemic corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure proactive risk mitigation and continual monitoring of safety controls and their effectiveness
- Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):- 3+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience leading improvement projects using continuous improvement methodologies
- 3+ years of experience leading projects using Project Management Best Practices and tools
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- 3+years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher
- PMP Certification

Summary pay range: USD $144,500-$209,300
