- Develop energy system configurations that optimize performance, reliability, and return on investment.
- Conduct load analysis, site assessments, and grid interconnection planning.
- Ensure all solutions are compliant with applicable standards (NEC, UL9540/9540A, NFPA, etc.).
Economic and Performance Modeling- Lead economic analysis using modeling tools such as Energy Toolbase, HOMER Grid, and Stem Athena (or equivalent platforms).
- Simulate customer load profiles, rate structures, and system behavior for peak shaving, time-of-use shifting, demand response, and backup scenarios.
- Create ROI models, payback period forecasts, and total cost of ownership evaluations.
- Communicate financial outcomes clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Sales and Customer Engagement- Support Business Development Managers during the sales process as the technical subject matter expert.
- Deliver compelling technical and financial presentations to customers, EPCs, and channel partners.
