  • Administer and track Leave of Absence cases including medical, parental, personal, and disability leaves
  • Perform ongoing data entry audits, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy across benefits platforms and HRIS systems
  • Support the execution of Open Enrollment, including data validation, system updates, and employee support

Full Job Description
UTA seeks a Benefits Analyst to support UTA's Benefits team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, while also supporting improvement accuracy, operations, and effectiveness of benefits and leave processes.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical thinking and communication skills. This role requires the ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining data accuracy, identifying process improvements, and partnering closely with leadership to support evolving operational needs. This position is based in Beverly Hills, CA.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do:

Benefits Administration & Employee Support
  • Manage shared Benefits inbox and respond to employee inquiries related to health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs in a timely and professional manner
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support onboarding and offboarding process, including benefits orientation and coordination of required documentation
  • Assist employees with benefit-related questions including eligibility, coverage and general plan navigation
  • Assist in coordinating wellness initiatives, vendor programs, and employee communications
  • Provide administrative and operational support for benefits-related events and initiatives

Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration
  • Administer and track Leave of Absence cases including medical, parental, personal, and disability leaves
  • Maintain accurate leave records across systems and coordinate updates between Workday and external vendors
  • Support communication with employees regarding leave status, documentation, and return to work processes
  • Partner with Payroll and HR Teams to ensure accurate pay and status alignment during leave periods

Data Entry, Processing & Data Integrity
  • Perform ongoing data entry audits, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy across benefits platforms and HRIS systems
  • Monitor vendor file feeds and system updates, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Identify discrepancies, resolve data issues, and escalate concerns as appropriate
  • Take ownership of data accuracy and consistency across benefits-related systems
  • Support the execution of Open Enrollment, including data validation, system updates, and employee support
  • Assist with compliance-related activities including ACA reporting and nondiscrimination testing
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support implementation of process enhancements and procedural updates
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures


What You Will Need
