Full Job Description
The Opportunity

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you'll provide day-to-day leadership and clinical guidance to a team of Caseworkers working with clients across the community. You'll help your team navigate complex cases, strengthen documentation and service quality, manage caseloads and productivity, and coordinate care across the many organizations involved in supporting our clients.

What You'll do

  • Help Caseworkers prioritize caseloads, address barriers, and deliver services effectively and consistently.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development that strengthens clinical judgment, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Model and reinforce high standards for documentation quality, evidence-based practice, medical necessity, and clinically appropriate service delivery.
  • Participate in IM+CANS assessments, 30/90/180-day reviews, and CTTM meetings to support coordinated and effective treatment.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations leadership to identify opportunities to improve team processes, consistency, and service quality.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Current clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC
  • At least 4 years of direct mental health service experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in team supervision, management, or significant peer coaching
  • Current IM+CANS certification
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($78,000-$88,000), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
