What You Bring:
- Certification & Education: Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years working with individuals with ASD and their families, plus expertise in assessment tools, positive behavior support plans, and social skills training.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, plus the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Credentials: BCBA, LBA, and reliable transportation.
