BCBA Position - Full-Time or Part-TimePosition OverviewMajestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with autism and their families throughout the Crown Point area. Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Work Setting: Hybrid + Clinic (Client visits as needed)
Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 + BCBA bonus opportunities
Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and goals
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment programs
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Review session documentation and provide timely feedback to support quality care
- Travel to client sites to provide home- and school-based visits and clinical support
- Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development and generalization
- Collaborate with families, schools, service providers, and other members of the client's care team as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company, payer, and BACB requirements
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care
Qualifications - Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum one (1) year of BCBA experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
