We are currently seeking a Banking Solutions Architect (Director- BPS) to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

BPS Banking Solution Architect

Location: Hybrid/Remote Type: Full-Time Role

Overview:

You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and pain points
  • Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
  • Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
  • Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
  • Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years in Banking Domain
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and Business Processes, BPS / BPO
  • Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
  • Excellent client-facing communication for Solutions and large deals with executive storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with AI/ML & Agentic concepts, even if not hands-on
