The Opportunity

As a Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution Leader - Sr Manager, you will lead the charge in testing and quality assurance, focusing on evaluating systems or software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality. Within our Operations practice, you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that systems meet specified requirements and perform as expected. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, combining technical experience with creative thinking to drive product innovation and meet the evolving needs of clients. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to direct teams through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.

What You Must Have

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
