Qualifications

  • Core understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, GCP, AWS
  • Experience with Windows Server or Linux environments including CentOS, Ubuntu, and RHEL

  • Familiarity with Azure services and IaaS
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Virtual Machine performance and scalability issues

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement support services for cloud market success
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Virtual Machine performance, availability, and security issues
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) based on customer needs
  • Assist customers with complex integration scenarios involving Microsoft Azure
  • Collaborate with Azure support teams to address technical issues
  • Lead integration efforts with relevant Azure support resources
  • Ensure high service quality and availability for customer solutions

Full Job Description
Role description

1The definition and implementation of the support services required to win in the cloud market place

2 Good core understanding on Virtualization technologies Having worked with any cloud provider such as VMware GCP AWS etc is preferred

3 Experience with Windows Server or Linux environments good understanding of Operating system concepts Windows OS Linux OS CentOS Ubuntu RHEL etc Active Directory Networking Storage preferred

4 Troubleshooting and resolving issues with respect to Virtual Machine availability performance scalability and security Work on RCAs as per customer requirements

5 Hands on with PowerShell scripting json template deployments is an added advantage

6 Any prior experience with Azure services IaaS is preferred

7 Resolving customer issues including complex technical scenarios integrating several cloud capabilities Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines Storage Networking etc and scenarios supporting the service such as service availability quality etc

8 Knowledge on Azure Engineering Groups

9 Lead the integration with relevant CSS Azure support talent to resolve issues with specific technologies as part of Azure Support ecosystem
