Role Summary:We are seeking a skilled
AWS Migration Lead / Project Manager with hands-on experience in leading cloud migration projects and managing cross-functional delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of
AWS cloud services, migration tools, and project management methodologies to drive end-to-end cloud transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AWS migration projects (applications, databases, and infrastructure).
- Define migration strategy, roadmap, and milestones in alignment with business objectives.
- Perform application assessment, dependency mapping, and migration readiness analysis.
- Coordinate and manage onshore/offshore teams for successful migration execution.
- Work closely with architects, DevOps, and security teams to ensure smooth migration and post-migration validation.
- Implement AWS best practices for scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Preferred Qualifications: - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
- Prior experience leading cloud migration or modernization initiatives for enterprise clients.
- Exposure to data warehouse migration, CI/CD automation, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive technical and non-technical teams.
