Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced AWS Developer to join our team in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, and S3. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-level AWS implementations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom AWS applications using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway
- Integrate AWS services with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in AWS development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AWS applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AWS applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features
- Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with DevOps teams
Required Technical Skills:- AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, and S3
- Programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation and AWS CLI
- Knowledge of AWS security and compliance
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
Required Qualifications:- 6-8 years of experience in AWS development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- Knowledge of digital transformation and cloud computing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
