The Assistant Vice President will play a key role in leading Workday initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving enhancements across multiple Workday modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage Workday projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
- Plan and implement Workday system upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments.
- Configure, test, and deploy updates across Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Support Workday platform rollouts across multiple business functions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Lead integration efforts between Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.
- Monitor platform performance, system stability, and the overall end-user experience.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives related to Workday optimization, reporting improvements, platform adoption, and program management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and best practices.
- Experience with Workday integrations, including web services and APIs.
- Background in Workday implementation, consulting, or system administration.
- Ability to learn and support additional technologies such as Azure tools, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
