This position will have active involvement in the growth of a commercial finance business. What You'll Do:- The candidate will be assigned to the Credit department with a focus on underwriting and portfolio management.
- Underwrite transactions and perform an analysis of all finance, credit, legal, and business aspects of prospective customers.
- Interact with customers and/or capital market partners to facilitate effective underwriting of a transaction.
- Conduct industry, business, and collateral research.
- Prepare thorough investment write-ups and periodic reviews with recommendations that exhibit thoughtful and well-reasoned decisions.
- Coordinate all documentation, lien perfection, and closing activities associated with approved transactions while exhibiting a strong understanding of potential risks and acceptable mitigants.
- Spread financial statements into WCF's standard format for further analysis.
- Work with Legal and Operations to facilitate effective transaction funding, reporting, and customer service.
- Perform annual reviews of existing obligors and assist in the preparation of semiannual review packages.
- Adhere to established WCF policies and procedures.

Compensation:The estimated annual salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
