Full Job Description
The autonomous transition is a transformational opportunity for Lyft. Our strategy focuses on becoming the preferred marketplace, fleet, and operational partner for the world's best Autonomous Vehicle (AV) providers. Lyft will leverage our platform advantages and scale to enable the success of AV partners across the value chain, from AV technology providers to OEMs to fleet providers. This role will help shape the future of AV partnerships at Lyft by supporting the execution and day-to-day management of our most active partner relationships. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a qualified candidate, you have a track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects with precision and follow-through. You are a strong cross-functional collaborator who can coordinate across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to keep critical workstreams moving. You are able to communicate clearly and confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, and bring a high level of organisation to everything you touch. You uphold a high quality bar and have a strong appreciation for the details that make or break a partnership. Above all, you are a self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key commercial point of contact for partner working teams across multiple active AV partnerships, building trusted relationships at the working level that underpin Lyft's broader partner success
  • Drive commercial momentum by preparing and executing partner working sessions, ensuring the right people are in the room, the agenda is sharp, and commitments are tracked and followed through
  • Own the pulse of each partnership by proactively tracking commercial commitments and contractual milestones, flagging risks early, and keeping internal teams aligned before issues escalate
  • Support Lyft's participation in regular partner operational reviews, ensuring commercial commitments and contractual milestones are accurately represented and any commercial issues surfaced are followed through
  • Ensure deal value is fully realized by making sure Lyft's programmatic and operational teams are fully briefed on commercial terms, partner expectations, and contractual commitments as they assume day-to-day management and execution
  • Be the connective tissue between the partnerships team and the business by surfacing working level issues to leadership, developing solutions to problems, and helping resolve the commercial friction that can slow partnerships down
  • Help build the foundation for scale by documenting AV partnership processes and best practices
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, project management, or a similar commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams simultaneously without losing precision on the details
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable driving alignment across diverse internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Lyft professionally in partner-facing settings and internally with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a bias toward proactive communication
  • Genuine curiosity about the AV industry and appetite to develop expertise in a fast-moving space
  • Experience with AV, mobility, or enterprise technology companies is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise commercial processes - including how contracts, deployment plans, or reporting obligations work in practice - is a plus
Benefits:
  • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled
  • Mental health benefits
  • Family building benefits
  • Child care and pet benefits
  • 401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future
  • In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible
  • Subsidized commuter benefits
  • Monthly Lyft credits and complimentary Lyft Pink membership
