  • Deployment Readiness: Ensure the fleet is ready for deployment, including conducting readiness assessments, site and fleet performance evaluations, and best practice implementation.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical initiatives and diagnostic methodologies to maintain and enhance vehicle performance/fleet health, enable predictive maintenance and upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Product Integration: Work closely with product teams and other Ride Hailing Operations managers to streamline processes and improve fleet performance.
  • Fleet Coordination: Work with AVOMs in Ride Hail Operations to maximize vehicles in service.

Team Leadership
  • People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, acting as a coach to other team members, ensuring adequate staffing at all times and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Vendor & Partner Management
  • Third-Party Oversight: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring across-the-board performance standards and fleet development.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. AV experience is greatly preferred.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills with a track record of successful execution.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Located in Las Vegas, NV and able to work onsite daily.
  • Availability and willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as fleet operations require.
