Position Location: This role supports our Winter Park, FL branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Orlando/Central, FL area.
The Mechanical Services Operations Supervisor leads a team responsible for performing service work for mechanical services. The right candidate will coordinate specialist and technician activities for all installed projects, technical support programs, and time-and-materials (T&M) work to provide on-time delivery and ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
As a Mechanical Services Operations Supervisor, you will: - Supervise, train, and mentor the service team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training.
- Schedule and assign tasks to the team and drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective team. Periodically assist the team with maintenance activities and submittal of required paperwork.
- Identify additional chargeable opportunities, including T&M, system upgrades, and service contract expansions and complete and submit written service orders and reports covering all aspects of each assignment and activity.
- Participate in sales-to-service and projects-to-service turnover process, including final project walkthroughs, service agreement scope reviews, and final information turnover to the inspection team.
- Support contract profitability through cost containment procedures and processes.
- Ensure contract requirements are met and performed to a high standard and develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring effective and timely communications.
- Determine technical labor loading and appropriate balance of talent to ensure proper resource coverage to meet customer needs.
- Champion safety compliance by ensuring employees meet or exceed organization and customer safety requirements. Ensure employees are properly trained on all safety requirements and enforce adherence to organizational processes, tools, and workflow standards.

You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Service Specialist or Technician in related industry
- Familiar with chiller service and repair
- On-the-job or educational experience with mechanical systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Service Specialist or Technician in related industry
- 2+ as a heavy industry mechanic (cooling towers, chillers and boilers)
- Experience supervising teams
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or equivalent software

The pay range for this position is $68,830 - $117,994 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
