General Summary:***This position is NOT eligible for Qualcomm immigration sponsorship.***We are seeking ambitious, bright and innovative engineers with experience in Automotive software functional safety, test concepts, software process improvement. The environment is fast-paced and requires cross-functional and cross sites interaction on daily basis.
Qualification:- 3+ years of SW development, planning, test case design/development and validation experience in Linux, QNX, Android, Multimedia, Kernels and device driver domains.
- 3+ years of strong automation experience with test case development (C/C++, Python a must).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to create and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases , reporting bugs and testing bug fixes
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:- Automotive domain test experience and some exposure to IVI, ADAS and AD features.
- Experience with HIL (Hardware in Loop) and SIL (Software in Loop) test methodologies used for testing embedded systems.
- Test experience on Multimedia/CV/AI technologies a huge plus - Camera, Audio, Video, Graphic, EVA/CV, neural networks and AI processing.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR Fundamentals (e.g. BSD, CDD etc.).
Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $111,300.00 - $166,900.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
