Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• At least 1 year of automotive dealership experience
• Jeep/CDJR experience is a plus
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Write accurate repair orders (ROs)
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
• Recommend factory-recommended maintenance and additional services
• Prepare parts and labor estimates
• Obtain customer authorization for recommended repairs
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines
• Coordinate vehicle repairs with technicians and service management
• Review completed repairs with customers
• Process repair orders accurately
• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Help maximize service department sales and profitability
