Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
• Must possess a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information effectively
• Report vehicle symptoms clearly as described by customers
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up times with customers
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers frequently
