Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus, training provided for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and assess their vehicle needs.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs transparently to build trust.
• Prepare detailed estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with service technicians for timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience at every interaction.
• Ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer in top condition.
