What You'll Do:- Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and assess their vehicle needs.
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a way that builds trust and transparency.
- Prepare detailed estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Deliver a five-star experience with every interaction-before, during, and after service.
- Ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer in top condition.
? What We're Looking For:- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus (not required-we'll train the right person!).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
