NOW HIRING Sales Consultants!

Pay: $60,000 to $120,000 annually based on performance (commission + bonuses)

Schedule: Full time, Saturdays required with one weekday and Sundays off

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (Sales, Retail, Telemarketing, Hospitality, etc)
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence


What You'll Do:
  • Greet and assist customers both in-store and online
  • Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle
  • Conduct product presentations and test drives
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
  • Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels)
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $60,000 to $120,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
