Automotive Sales ConsultantUnlimited Earning Potential | Career GrowthPosition SummaryKunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team.
In this customer-focused sales role, you'll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Compensation- Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
- Monthly Volume Bonus Opportunities
- Unlimited Earning Potential
- $100K - $150K annually
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
- Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally
- Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business
- Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
- Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology
- Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
Qualifications- 1+ years of Auto Sales experience is required
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
