Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician required.
• Self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in compliance with local laws.
• Must be at least 18 years old to adhere to the company driving policy.
• Master Toyota Technician or ASE Certified Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to specifications, including brake, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, and air conditioning.
• Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to customers and non-mechanical staff.
• Update technical skills through formal training sessions to stay current with automotive advancements.
• Alert management to mechanical repair issues as they arise.
• Maintain an organized and tidy service bay.
